Detect and Prevent Cognitive Decline with Thrive by Cognivue

As we age, we want to continue to live independent and full lives, so we try to take care of our brain and its health. But how do we know if we are doing the right things?

A Revolutionary - Yet Simple - Cognitive Measuring Tool

At Sound Hearing Care, we make your cognitive abilities our priority. Therefore, we are excited to announce a revolutionary yet simple tool, Thrive by Cognivue. This FDA-cleared technology has been used by neurologists and other physicians to test for cognitive function, and now it is available in the comfort and convenience of all four Sound Hearing Care locations.

Receive a Full Cognitive Analysis in Five Minutes

In just five minutes, Cognivue Thrive will evaluate the three cognitive domains: memory, visuospatial, and executive function. It also will measure two speed performance parameters: reaction time and speed processing. These domains and parameters are key to overall performance at any age, and they are especially crucial to evaluate as we age.

Three Reports

Once you complete the screening, you will receive three reports. Click on each link to view a sample:

  1. Personal Thrive Report - Provides brain health scores for the three cognitive domains and two performance parameters.

  2. Health Care Provider Letter - Explains the screening should you wish to share your results with a health care professional.

  3. CogniWell Program - Provides evidence-based recommendations on how to proactively manage lifestyle-related risk factors and certain medical conditions in order to optimize your cognition.
